Role Description:
TecMetaverse is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their property needs, and presenting our real estate solutions. You will build and maintain client relationships, attend sales meetings, and conduct market research to identify potential clients.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and competitor analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience in digital marketing or software development is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
