Sales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive at Kapu Gems. As a Sales Executive, your day-to-day tasks will include selling high-end diamonds, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing our online platform for stock searches and diamond features. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Experience in sales, preferably in the diamond or luxury goods industry
• Knowledge of diamond characteristics and grading
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using computer systems and online platforms
• Fluency in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to learn and keep up-to-date with industry trends
