Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and sales growth targets while maintaining our core values and innovative approach as a marketing agency. The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services, wed like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, etc.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our services that mainly include advertising and marketing
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Thorough knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry
  • Impressive communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Graduate from a renowned university
