- Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.
To generate leads, utilize various channels, including social media and online platforms.
- Client Meetings:
Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present company's services.
- Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Highlight the key features and benefits of the company's customized software and hardware solutions.
- Sales Negotiation:
Engage in negotiation with clients to address concerns, answer queries, and finalize deals.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Pipeline Management:
Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline.
Regularly update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (Smart Suite) with client interactions and progress.
- Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Provide feedback to the team regarding market needs and client preferences.
- Collaboration with Technical Team:
Collaborate closely with the technical team to understand product specifications and communicate them effectively to clients.
- Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare sales reports and maintain documentation related to client interactions.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the sales manager.
