Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our overseas market for IT services and Tilesview a leading 3D visualization tool for the ceramics and tile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients in the overseas market for IT services and Tilesview.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets, focusing on client acquisition and market expansion.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs to provide tailored IT solutions and visualization tools.
- Product Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Tilesview to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits for the tiles and ceramics industry.
- Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales progress and provide regular reports on client meetings, pipeline, and revenue projections.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or SaaS products, with a strong focus on international markets.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with overseas market dynamics, especially in the tiles, ceramics, or interior design industries.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and manage client relationships effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology, able to quickly understand and communicate the features and benefits of IT services and digital tools like Tilesview.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to target markets are a plus.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, driven by performance and goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the ceramics or building materials industry.
- Prior experience in selling software or IT services to international markets.
- Understanding of 3D visualization or similar software tools for the design industry.
