Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into sales, with no fieldwork required. Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in B2C sales are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team, convert them into sales, and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote our products/services.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and address customer queries.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to close sales and drive revenue growth.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, including progress toward targets and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and persuade customers.
- Experience: 1-3 Years experience in B2C sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections and drive sales.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
