Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and business development activities for IPH Glasses.
This role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the building material industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Prepare sales plans and forecasts to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports to management.
Product Knowledge:
Gain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
Educate clients on the benefits and features of the company's glass processing products.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
Provide feedback on market conditions and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the glass processing or related industry.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the glass processing industry or building material industry.
Understanding of technical specifications and applications of glass products.
