Job Description

  • Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
  • B2B/Corporate sales with cold calling and lead generation.
  • Client visits for requirement identification and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiation and deal closure with integrity.
  • Achieving sales targets and earning performance-based incentives.
  • Maintaining relationships with top management and decision-makers.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must-Have:
  • Self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inclination towards IT/Software sales.
  • Strong communication, relationship, and negotiation skills.
  • Ownership of a laptop or tablet.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM/Cloud Computing products.
  • Previous experience in subscription-based product sales.
  • Experience Level:
  • Freshers to 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Educational Requirements:
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • MBA preferred for higher salary slabs.
  • Language Skills:
  • Fluent in English and regional language(s).
  • Device Requirements:
  • Must own a laptop or tablet.

4. Compensation and Benefits

CTC (Cost to Company) Range:

29,000 CTC (21,200 in-hand) for freshers.

36,000 CTC (27,200 in-hand) for MBA freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of sales experience.

43,000 CTC (33,000 in-hand) for candidates with 2+ years of sales experience.

  • Salary Structure: Fixed base salary + performance-based incentives.
  • Notice Period: 15 days.
  • Probation Period: 3-6 months of training.

5. Work Hours and Schedule
  • Standard Working Hours: 9 AM 6 PM (flexibility required for field visits).
  • Shift Requirements: Day shifts only.
  • Work days: 5 full days, Saturday halfday
  • Overtime Expectations and Compensation: As required, with relevant incentives/compensation.
