Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to represent Mettler Weighing Balances in the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a technical understanding of weighing solutions, and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell Mettler weighing balances to various industries, including pharmaceuticals, laboratories, and manufacturing sectors.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through regular visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to customers, helping them select the appropriate weighing solutions for their needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the weighing balance segment.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product information to customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to inform management decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Scientific Laboratory Equipment or Instrumentation.
- Familiarity with weighing technologies and Mettler products is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
