Role Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent graduate who is passionate about sales and eager to learn and grow within the AI industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate AI-based solutions to meet their recruitment challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback from clients to help improve our products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of enthusiasm and a desire to learn and succeed in sales.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Basic understanding of AI and its applications in recruitment (preferred, but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (preferred, but not required).
