HypeSure is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Gurugram. This full-time, on-site role involves generating new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and email outreach. The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting leads into clients, building strong relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and emailing.- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
Engage with prospects to understand their advertising needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
Proven ability to find and convert leads into sales.- Strong skills in cold calling, emailing, and sales negotiation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of advertising and marketing principles is an advantage.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in the advertising/PR industry is a plus.
