Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and responsiveness.
- Sales Conversion: Drive sales efforts from lead qualification to closure, focusing on high conversion rates through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales Presentations and Demos: Deliver engaging product presentations and demos tailored to client needs and business objectives.
- Market Research and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights. Develop strategies to meet sales goals and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Technical Teams: Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and client needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales with a proven record of client handling and conversion.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Experience in IT-based sales is preferred, but candidates with a background in other domains and strong sales abilities are encouraged to apply.
