Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive at House of Wadhwa in Andheri East, Mumbai primarily for the project 723 Avenue.

This is a boutique Grade-A Commercial project, pre-certified as a Gold Rated Green Building by IGBC. Offices starting from 917 square feet RERA Carpet Area.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads from various social media campaigns along with platforms such as 99Acres and Magicbricks.
  • Assisting the client (with their consultant, if any) for conducting a site visit and explaining the vision of the project.
  • Closing the transaction with the client assisted by the director of the organisation.
  • Coordinating registration of the Sale Agreement with the team.
  • Following up with the client for instalments that are due, maintaining CRM and crosschecking if all payments are being cleared as per the Sale Agreement such as TDS, GST etc.

Qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in real estate sales or related field
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Mumbai
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Office Timings: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday off) 9.30am to 6pm. However, due to the nature of sales, physical presence on Saturdays and Sundays could be required as per client appointments.

Salary bracket for this role: Rs. 5,00,000/- to Rs. 5,50,000/- per annum.
