Job Description

Artifex HR is hiring for a simple luxury hotel at an exceptional location harmoniously blended with a unique environment. It is a contemporary and finely tuned hotel that offers an enlightening and

rewarding lifestyle experience.

Experience 3 to 4 years in hotel sales

Location - Chennai

Work timings 9 am to 7 pm

Transport for client visits provided by the hotel

About the Job:

As a sales executive, your primary responsibility is to generate revenue by selling hotel services, accommodations, and amenities to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: You will identify and pursue potential clients such as corporate businesses, event planners, travel agencies, and individuals looking to book accommodations for events, banquets, conferences, vacations, or other purposes.

Relationship Building: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients is crucial. This involves understanding their needs, preferences, and budgets, and providing them with personalized solutions to enhance their experience.

Product Knowledge: You need to have an in-depth understanding of your hotel's offerings, including, room types, amenities, dining options, event spaces, and any additional services. This knowledge helps you tailor your sales pitches to match the client's requirements.

Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. This may involve conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and creating compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond is

essential for fostering loyalty and repeat business. Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues
