Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients.
Identify and target potential corporate accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with corporate clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to corporate clients.- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build and maintain a strong professional network.
Manage and oversee the execution of corporate client events, meetings, and accommodations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in corporate sales within the hospitality or related industry.
Strong understanding of corporate client needs and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Experience: 3- 5 Years of experience in Hospitality industry
Salary : 30K to 45K
Must have experience in Travel Agent and corporate sales
