Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers with 0-1 years of work experience. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships, contributing to the overall growth of Hemocean Outsourcing.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure beneficial deals and build profitable relationships (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets and navigate market challenges (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in customer relationship management to maintain and grow customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • In-depth product knowledge to confidently answer client inquiries and tailor offerings to client needs
  • Successful track record in closing sales, demonstrating the ability to push deals across the finish line
  • Proactive prospecting skills to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
  • Effective time management to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently within set deadlines

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives
  • Make sales presentations to prospective clients and provide detailed product/service information
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up on leads and referrals to develop ongoing client relationships
  • Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales
