Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role at Hallmark Builders, where the individual will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including client outreach, building relationships, and closing deals. While the role is primarily office-based in Hyderabad, there is flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
  • Customer Relationship Management and Client Acquisition experience
  • Knowledge of real estate and construction industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous experience in sales within the construction or real estate industry is a plus
