Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with salon professionals, and expand our customer base in Western, Central & Harbour regions of Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
-Achieve sales targets for hair care products in assigned territories.
-Identify and develop relationships with salon professionals, key decision-makers, and influencers.
-Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions.
-Manage sales calls, meetings, and product presentations.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
-Provide exceptional customer service and support.
-Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Product Knowledge:
1. Understand hair care products features, benefits, and applications.
2. Communicate product value proposition to customers
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2. Experience: 0-2 years in sales, preferably in the beauty/hair care industry.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and business development acumen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Mumbai's salon industry.
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience with hair care or beauty products.
- Knowledge of salon operations and industry trends.
- Existing network in Mumbai's salon industry.
