Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will represent our brand, convey the story behind each luxury hamper, and help customers select the perfect gift for their occasion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in-store, online, and via phone to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Drive sales and meet targets by identifying and acquiring new leads, as well as nurturing existing client relationships.
- Present and upsell Guzaarish hampers for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on the customer's event, preferences, and budget.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Attend wedding exhibitions and events to network with potential clients and industry professionals.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the product range, including new launches, best sellers, and seasonal trends.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups efficiently to close deals.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels in coordination with the store manager.
- Collaborate with the team to create new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Address customer complaints and resolve any issues with professionalism and promptness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury gifting, hospitality, or the wedding industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-centric approach with a keen understanding of client needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English.
