  • Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Guruji Enterprises. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and achieving sales targets within the PEB sector.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PEB industry through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the benefits of Guruji Enterprises products and services.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the management team.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the construction or building materials industry, preferably in PEB.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
