Job Description

- Sales process: Timely respond to inquiries, Prepare, Discuss & give quotes and follow up for order, update website or trade links for product update, update contact list, e-mail list, ensure communication to production for order.

- Marketing Process: Develop new customers by communicating over phone or e-mails (if required by visit), participate in trade fairs, update about competitors and new products available in market.

- Reporting Process: Develop MIS report with Order status, orders analysis, revenue generation and pending payments and Lead Generation

Core Competency:

Software Skills: MS office & Related software. / Email Etiquettes

Good interpersonal skills.

Result driven.

Communicate effectively to avoid ambiguity.

Good team player.

Prompt response

Aware of Market trends

Negotiation Skill

Basic Textile Technical Knowledge
