Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Executive at Great Indian Sweets, located in Chennai. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for

1. Get appointments
2. Lead generation
3. Customer service,
4. Customer support,
5. Sales and effective communication with customers.

You will play a key role in getting appointments with our target business owners / CEO/CFO/CMO/ Marketing Head / Managers & and ensuring in fixing meetings through phone calls and other communication channels.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in lead generation, customer service, and customer support
• Experience in sales and effective communication with customers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant telephone manner
• Knowledge of CRM systems and telemarketing techniques
• Experience in the food industry or related field is a plus
• Fluency in multiple English language is an advantage
