Responsibilities:- Engage with potential customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Design and sell personalized tour packages that include accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travel services.- Conduct discussions and consultations via phone calls, and digital platforms.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and safety guidelines.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's overall sales goals.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the travel experience.- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with partners and suppliers to negotiate the best rates and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and client communications in the CRM system.
Participate in travel expos, seminars, and networking events to build contacts and generate leads.

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Travel Consultant, or similar role in the travel industry.- Strong passion for travel and in-depth knowledge of various travel destinations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to craft engaging and effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility to work during irregular hours and travel as needed.
- A degree in Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
