Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Arranging customer visits based on showing them respective properties.
- Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales.
- Responsible for handling all customers inquiries.
- Day to day interactions with the customers to share multiple project details.
- Communicate with client to identify their requirement & choice of property
- Convince clients on projects and maximize site visit opportunities.
- Follow up with the clients for Site visits & Revisits.
- Follow up with the customers to further the closure process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Graduates with at least 3+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Project presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and convincing skills are a must.
- Should maintain high service quality and professionalism in all customer communications.
