Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Arranging customer visits based on showing them respective properties.
  • Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales.
  • Responsible for handling all customers inquiries.
  • Day to day interactions with the customers to share multiple project details.
  • Communicate with client to identify their requirement & choice of property
  • Convince clients on projects and maximize site visit opportunities.
  • Follow up with the clients for Site visits & Revisits.
  • Follow up with the customers to further the closure process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Graduates with at least 3+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Project presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and convincing skills are a must.
  • Should maintain high service quality and professionalism in all customer communications.
