Sales Executive

GenieOnHire.com is a platform service that connects skilled students and professionals with busy individuals and small firms. Genies, as we call them, perform various tasks that are difficult for professionals or individuals to manage due to time constraints. Our platform allows individuals to outsource their tasks while providing opportunities for Genies to earn pocket money by utilizing their skills.

This is a full-time Sales Executive role at GenieOnHire.com. As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, promoting our services, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and providing feedback to the team to improve our platform and services. This role is a hybrid position, based in Pune with flexibility for remote work.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in sales or customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Availability to travel as needed
