We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years in Real Estate Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively converting assigned leads into successful sales, utilizing exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive information about the property, including market trends, pricing, and amenities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Utilize market knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition of our properties to clients.

Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing is an added advantage

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales

Strong understanding of market trends and property values.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
