1 Knowledge about the different skill development initiatives and candidate
2 Establish network of institutes, organizations and individuals to enroll students for the offered courses.
3 To strengthen the mobilization process by helping recruitment and selection of mobilisers at various centers through grass root research and local connects.
4 Prepare mobilization plan and ensure timely execution in-line with operation of the center.
5 Ensure mobilization targets are met in given timeline
6 New initiatives for finding ways for Mass mobilization.
