  • Position Title: Field Sales Executive - (From Imported Alcohol Brewery Industry Only)
  • Department: Sales
  • Location: Meerut (Immediate Joiner)
  • Reports to: Sales Manager

Experinece: 2-4 years

Gender: Only Male Candidate
  • Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's Liquor products to various clients, including retail stores, bars, restaurants, and other establishments. The role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the liquor market, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts.
Product Promotion and Marketing: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
  • Assist in the development and execution of promotional strategies and campaigns.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of products.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the liquor industry or FMCG sector.
A strong network within the liquor industry is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
