Job Description

Client Acquisition and Business Development: Proactively identify and target potential clients within the healthcare, IT, product, consulting, and technology sectors. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.
Sales Cycle Management: Understand the sales cycle and effectively manage it from prospecting to closing deals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, and track progress using CRM tools. Client Account Growth: Work closely with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and delivering additional value through our products and services.
  • Appointment Booking: Have a strong zeal for Outbound calling - Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients, providing them with insights into our solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition of BPK Tech. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Sales Presentation and Demos: One of the key responsibilities is to excel in delivering effective sales presentations and product demonstrations. This involves engaging with potential clients and showcasing our solutions compellingly and persuasively. Track and interpret sales metrics to evaluate performance and drive ongoing enhancements. Develop an in-depth familiarity with our products/services to articulate value propositions effectively. Strong communicator, who can take the insights and implications found in the data and relate them through cohesive narratives. Help ensure objectives are being met on time while maintaining the quality and integrity of the work. Record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas personally. * Working within CRM and log activities and can collaborate and ideate with stakeholders inside and outside of the immediate team and group.
