Sales Executive for Orthopedic Implant / Surgical Helmet

Prodancy is a medical device company based in Bangalore and USA. We have developed Vizbl, worlds lightest surgical helmet for joint replacement surgeons. Surgical helmet is used to protect surgeons and surgical staff from blood splash, bone debris and reduce the impact of carcinogenic cautery smoke.

Vizbl Surgical helmet is 40% lighter, 50% less expensive and has a no-chin bar ergonomic design, delivering great comfort and protection for surgeons and surgical staff. Vizbl Surgical helmet is being used by over 200 Surgeons, who have completed 10,000 surgeries in 65 hospitals across India.

Role Description

This full time role is to promote Prodancys Vizbl surgical helmet products to Joint Replacement Surgeons in hospitals, surgery centers, and Nursing homes. You will also be responsible for demonstrating our product, coordinating demo surgeries, assessing customer needs & budget availability, identifying negotiating authority & closing opportunity with a Purchase order.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Prior experience in Orthopedic implant sales or selling capital equipment or Pharma (Orthopedic)
• Geography focus - Karnataka & Kerala
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge and understanding of orthopedic implant/surgical helmet products preferred
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or related field preferred
