Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and repeat business
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet their preferences and budget
Participate in store merchandising and promotional activities
- Handle customer inquiries, orders and returns in a timely and professional manner
Ensure accurate and timely sales transactions and inventory management- Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Min 2+ years of experience in retail sales in the jewelry industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Passion for jewelry and a deep understanding of the industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
