Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 2-4 years of experience in the food ingredients, bakery, enzymes, or probiotics industry to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the food ingredients, bakery, enzymes, and probiotics sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while exploring opportunities to expand product offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market research.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management regularly.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings, including food ingredients, bakery items, enzymes, and probiotics.
  • Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales within the food ingredients, bakery, enzymes, or probiotics industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical sales or a background in food technology or biotechnology.
  • Knowledge of the Mumbai market and existing network within the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 10,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
