Customer Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential customers who are in need of interior design services for their residential or commercial spaces.- Information Dissemination: Provide detailed information about Flow Interio's services, processes, and previous projects to interested customers.
Client Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their specific requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings between the client and the manager to further discuss project details and expectations.
Quotation Preparation: Collaborate with the design team to create customized quotations tailored to the client's needs and budget.- Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with prospective clients to address any concerns, provide additional information, and ensure a seamless sales process.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing any post-sales inquiries or issues.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
