Greet customers and assist them in finding the right furniture pieces based on their needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective buyers.- Close sales transactions and achieve sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the delivery and installation team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Stay informed about furniture trends, styles, and inventory.
2-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home dcor.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of furniture materials, construction, and design trends.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Age between 20-30 years old.
