Ratti Brands, an Active Beauty Company, is seeking sales professionals to promote the products of their High-Performance Skincare Brand to assist Dermatologists and allied doctors in enhancing patient outcomes.

Their Performance Skincare brand, Melblok, offers Restorative Skin Care Powered by Science, featuring high-performance, problem-solving, and safe products formulated with bio-appropriate, clean, natural, sustainable, and biodegradable ingredients and materials.
Primary Responsibilities
- Market the company's Performance Skincare brand to doctors.
- Establish a network of ethical sales by onboarding new doctors.
- Provide training and support to doctors for effective product utilization.
- Accompany the company's CSO on doctor visits after scheduling appointments.
- Offer guidance and follow-up support to clients for sales growth.
- Conduct competitive product and brand research and provide reports to management.
- Utilize chemist stores and other data channels for market research and strategy development.
- Collaborate with doctors and in-house marketing teams to support brand marketing.
- Participate in Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) to identify potential customers and competition.
- Leverage technology and digital tools for efficient field operations.
- Generate visual reports for internal use.
- Execute additional tasks supporting sales growth.
- Required Skills:Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Required Personality:Present a well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm, and an over-achiever attitude.
- Possess an analytical and scientific mindset.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of scientific language and concepts.
- Enjoy providing advice to improve people's lives.
- Interest in beauty products or skincare is advantageous.

Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Life Sciences, or Pharma
- 1-5 years of proven track record in pharmaceutical/derma sales preferred. Candidates from other industries will also be considered.
- Existing relationships with doctors are a plus, though not mandatory.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of staff and management.
