We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and help elevate our brand presence and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:Provide exceptional service to high-net-worth clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer personalized jewelry recommendations.
  • Sales Performance:Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement, strategic selling, and effective follow-ups.
  • Product Knowledge:Maintain in-depth knowledge of our jewelry collections, ensuring that clients receive accurate and compelling information about our products.
  • Event Participation:Represent the brand at trunk shows and events across India, engaging with clients and promoting the brand's offerings.
  • Customer Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while attracting new clientele through referrals and networking.
  • Travel Requirements:Be willing to travel frequently for trunk shows and other brand-related events across India.
  • Reporting:Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury or jewelry sales.
  • Education:Graduation in any field.
  • Language Skills:Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer Interaction:Enjoy interacting with clients and providing a superior customer experience.
  • Target-Oriented:Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work Ethic:Hardworking, dedicated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility:Open to frequent travel for trunk shows and events.
