Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join in our Client company .As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets in the industry. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, excellent communication and a passion for building strong client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or projects.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Good knowledge of the sales.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for meeting potential customers for introducing company and its services and

thereby ensure that the market is connected to the company by establishing a network and

reach.

Responsible for preparing project proposals after consulting with the team members and share

with the client and do the follow ups. Make sure that the conversion rate is more than 60% for

the potential customer data base.

Responsible for making sure that proper follow ups, mailers and periodical reminders are given

to the potential clients as a part of the sales activity.
