We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join in and Ayurvedic firm. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Medical Representative for Ernakulam and Trivandrum.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals, retailers, and customers. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and alternative medicine practitioners.
- Promote and educate healthcare professionals about our products, their benefits, and usage.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including sales forecasts and market trends analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging market opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Must have Two Wheeler and a Valid driver's license.
