Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a Full-Time position based in Alappuzha, Kerala, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Strong ability to identify new opportunities and close sales.
- Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of sales process and negotiation techniques.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information orally.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable HR solutions.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting our services.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential market opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client retention and referrals.
