Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and assisting with their needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and display areas.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Stay informed about product features and promotions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
