1. HUNTING THE PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS
2. Identifying relevant leads concerned person and coordinating for next steps.
3. Arranging the Meeting with customers to generate the new business or arranging the RFQ wherever required.
4. Completing the formalities for Vendor registration as well as other requirements.
5. Coordinating with the locations/management for arranging the site visit, costing as well as quote.
6. Submission of the quote and involving the management team for negotiation of the rate as well as commercial terms. Finalisation of the KAM too.
7. Maintaining the relationship with the customers for smooth business transformation at the initial stage and handing over to the concerned locations managers/kams.
8. Proactive in the approach for all service related matters.
9. Creating and maintaining reports in Excel that allows the company to get information on daily business activities
10. Looking after the day to day placement of the vehicles to the pre-decided Customers in coordination with Traffic Department for a few VIP customers at the initial stage as well as in continuous process.
11. Day to Day INDENT report Generation, Resolving client query. Checking of the Bills of the customers handled for correctness of the freight other charges; Verifying the pods with adverse remark and analysis of the reason for corrective actions for non-recurrence for the below referred customers. 1. 12. Achieving the monthly Targets given by the Management.
13. Supporting the Country Head Mkt HR in selection and training process of the Executive Trainees
14. Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
