Job Title: Sales Executive

Reports to: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop Leads: Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and following up on referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to clients, demonstrating product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including price, delivery, and specifications with clients.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction and handle any post-sales issues or concerns.
- Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
