Job Description of Sales Representative
Responsibilities
Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Must be available for Morning and evening time for parents and student meetings in the fall and spring.
Communicate with teachers and parents to explain the advantages of our teaching program, learning module, mobile application etc.
Generate sales growth within schools, tuition classes and other potential market
Deep understanding of needs and wants of schools, administrators, teachers, parents, and students, as well as competitors strengths and weaknesses.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent, College or University diploma preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation is commission-based with bonuses and contests to reward outstanding performance and sales
