Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive at ERPDADDY Software located in Agra. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. You will collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
