The Position:

We are looking for a visionary young mind with a deep passion for sales and education. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is proficient in pivoting sales strategies to execute and maintain sustained engagement and adaptability. In this role, you will have the chance to profoundly impact the lives of English learners across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support business development strategies.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce them to our solutions.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets
• Proactively addressing customer concerns, enhancing existing processes, offering guidance, and sharing expertise to enhance the customer experience
• Serving as a client advocate, focusing on enhancing the overall buyer experience
• Collaborating with other internal teams such as Learner Support and Tutor Support to ensure client satisfaction and success

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Strong prospecting and solution/value selling experience
• Strong go and get it mindset with passion and determination
• Strong verbal communication skills & fluency in English
• Self-motivation for continual self-learning
• Experience in the start-up world, e-learning is a plus
