We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in generating leads and driving sales for our innovative media and entertainment projects.
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our media and entertainment services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and research.
Deliver clear and concise presentations that highlight the benefits of our projects.- Schedule appointments for our sales team to close deals.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
Minimum of 1 year experience in telecalling or a similar B2B sales role.
- Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry (a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.- Clear and confident phone manner with a positive and enthusiastic tone.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
