Job Description

Job Description:
  • Sales Generation:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.

- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • 2. Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT products and services.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.

- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of products and services to clients.
  • 3. Client Management:

- Understand clients business needs and requirements.

- Provide consultation to clients on the most suitable IT solutions to meet their objectives.

- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • 4. Proposal Creation and Presentation:

- Prepare proposals and quotations for clients.

- Deliver presentations to prospective clients outlining the value proposition of the company's products and services.

- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients.
  • 5. Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential competitors.

- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • 6. Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and deals closed.

- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • 7. Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of products and services offered.

  • Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
