Hiring for leading app-based toy library, dedicated to spreading joy and fostering learning through an extensive selection of toys. We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to contribute to our platform's expansion.
  • Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you'll drive revenue growth through strategic sales plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams and attending events as needed.
  • Responsibilities:

Develop effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities and trends.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline and foster client relationships.

Collaborate with marketing to attract new customers.

Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.

Provide market insights to enhance offerings.

Monitor sales metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience.

Strong grasp of sales techniques and customer behaviour.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Familiarity with e-commerce or subscription-based industry preferred.
  • Location: Multiple (Immediate Joining Preferred)
  • Additional Information:

Involves constant communication with clients and event attendance.

Includes the need to travel.
