Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive at Eduvyne. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, they will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting courses and attracting new clients.
Qualifications
- Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the education or online learning industry
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of online marketing and promotional strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Follow-Ups:Proactively follow up with all assigned leads on a daily basis to maintain engagement and increase conversion potential.
- Immediate Lead Connection:Connect with new leads via WhatsApp as soon as they are received to ensure timely communication and personalized engagement.
- Lead Status Management:Maintain an organized and updated database with detailed statuses of all leads, including:
- Initial contact made
- Follow-up attempts and dates
- Response received (if any)
- Lead interest level (hot, warm, cold)
- Notes on any specific requirements or questions from leads
- Lead Pipeline Tracking:Ensure that all lead interactions are documented accurately in the CRM or designated tracking system, noting progress at each stage.
- Consistent Communication:Respond to lead queries promptly and professionally through multiple channels, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
- Lead Nurturing:Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads who may not be ready to enroll immediately, keeping them engaged with valuable content or check-ins.
- Performance Reporting:Provide daily or weekly reports summarizing the status of leads, conversion rates, and any notable trends or challenges.
- Collaborative Efforts:Work closely with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements for outreach strategies.
- Goal Achievement:Meet or exceed assigned targets by following a structured sales process and using creative approaches to overcome challenges.
- Client Relationship Building:Foster trust and strong relationships with potential clients to encourage enrollment and long-term engagement.
