Sales Executive

We are looking for a sales associate to help provide information to prospects over the phone and email and convert them to long term customers. This role does not require any travel. Only candidates having good communication skills in English and Hindi to apply, please. Other regional languages would be an added advantages. This is not a cold calling sales job, only verified enquiries who require more information about the services would be handled by the Sales Associate.

Job Location: Chennai, Day Shift

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

2. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

3. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

4. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

5. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

6. Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Prior experience in sales of accounting, compliance and financial products

2. Excellent English and Hindi communication skills

3. Confident and pleasing personality

4. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks

5. Good time management abilities

6. Ability to handle pressure.
